Our Technologies
From custom-engineered hydroponic greenhouses to time-tested soil farming — every system we run is designed to grow more, using less.
HYDROPONIC GREENHOUSE TECHNOLOGY
Custom-Engineered Facilities
Our flagship facility in Groveland, Florida is a custom-engineered, 350,000 square foot greenhouse — precisely tuned to create a stable, thriving environment for organic growth, and built as the blueprint for the facilities to come.

Water Discoveries & Technology
Our greenhouse structures capture rainwater directly from the rooftops, storing it in 2 million gallon cistern tanks. That same water powers our hydroponic systems — and through that work, we’ve uncovered techniques with real value beyond farming, including applications relevant to the fragrance industry.
Maximizing Every Square Foot
Advanced vertical growing lets us get the most out of every inch of greenhouse space — layering crops upward instead of spreading only outward. Paired with organic hydroponic methods that use no pesticides or chemicals, we’re able to introduce over 80 organic trace nutrients while keeping plants in constant, controlled balance.

We can grow 12,000 acres of mint in ONE 8-acre greenhouse facility.

TRADITIONAL SOIL FARMING
Bridging Hydroponics and Soil
Our proprietary organic grow medium closes the gap between hydroponics and traditional soil farming — built from recycled materials, using two-thirds less water than conventional methods. It’s the same technology we carry into the field: from seed to soil, we apply these techniques ethically and sustainably to grow real crops in real ground, not just controlled trays.

Detoxifying the Soil for the Long Term
Under an active hemp cultivation license in Florida, we rotate hemp crops through our fields specifically to detoxify the soil — not just clearing it, but replenishing it with 80 vital nutrient elements. It’s a more sustainable farming model, one built to leave the land better than we found it, resulting in more flavorful, fragrant, and nutrient-rich crops for generations to come.
