There is a vast variety of vine tomatoes (plum, cherry, San Marzano, etc...) and they all vary in size, shape and color. All tomato growth habits are divided into two groups: determinate and indeterminate. Determinate tomatoes are also known as bush tomatoes, while indeterminate is known as vine tomatoes. These plants produce ripe fruit from spring through winter. The vines can easily grow to six feet and beyond, producing healthy tomatoes through the sea- son, harvest after harvest. Enjoying tomatoes is a versatile act; eat them raw and tossed into a healthy salad, or prepare them with your favorite foods.
